  • Combine dry scrape free stall barns-flushing into a stabilization pond
  • Waste stream is pumped over a incline screen for initial solid separation
  • Effluent is processed through the tangential flow separator with a chemical addition (ferric sulfate, lime, and polymer)
  • Screw press / dewatering of coarse solids
  • Nitrification / denitrification in second holding basin
  • Solids are collected and composted; remaining liquid is used for irrigation.
