The Dairy farm has approximately 700 milking cows and is located in Hillsborough county just north of the Balm River Road and McMullen Booth junction.

Nutrient Reduction Process:
  • Screening and sand removal.
  • Dewatered effluent treated with lime to precipitate P and N.
  • Ammonia captured as ammonium nitrate.
  • PH reduced by utilization of CO2 gasses vented from flash composter.
  • Treated water recycled as flush water.
